Quality Workmanship

We take pride in our work. Every window we fit or repair should look neat, work well, and last. If something is not right, we want to put it right.

Honest, Plain-Language Advice

You should never need a dictionary to understand your quote. We explain what is wrong, what your options are, and what each option costs.

Fair Treatment for Everyone

Good glass should be within reach. We offer special rates for pensioners and students, and we treat every customer with respect.

What We Do

Our work covers the glazing jobs our customers ask for most:

  • Window repairs and replacements
  • Complete glazing for new homes
  • Emergency glass services
  • Glazing for residential, commercial, and industrial customers

Credentials and Memberships

We are members of the Window & Glass Association NZ (WGANZ), and our business is registered under NZBN 9429031312004. These memberships and registrations show that we take our trade seriously and work to recognised standards.

Proudly Local

We are based on David Street in Palmerston North, and we serve the surrounding region, including Feilding, Levin, Foxton, Otaki, Pahiatua, Bulls, Shannon, and Ashhurst. Many of our customers are our neighbours, and we like it that way. A local reputation is built one job at a time, so we make every job count.

Our Hours

You can reach us Monday to Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.

How We Work

Every job begins with a conversation. We listen to what you need, look at the glass, and explain your options. We never rush you into a decision. Once you choose, we do the work carefully and keep you informed. When we finish, we tidy up and check that you are happy.

Our Customers

We work with three main groups of people:

  • Homeowners and landlords with damaged or ageing windows
  • Builders and new-home owners who need complete glazing
  • Business and industrial customers with shops, offices, and work sites

Each group has different needs, so we adjust our approach. What does not change is our promise to treat you fairly and do the job well.

Thank You for Supporting a Local Family Business

Every call, every quote, and every recommendation helps us keep doing what we love. We are grateful to the Palmerston North community for its support, and we work hard to earn your trust every day.
